During High season dates - Preference will be given to 7 night bookings starting on Saturday night.

Rental prices are payable in advance of arrival and include property hire, utilities, local tax, small bathroom towels & kitchen linen. On arrival you will be required to pay a services/security deposit of 200.00 euros to the caretaker. Assuming there are no breakages or damage the deposit will be refunded to you on departure, less 50.00 euros for cleaning (a compulsory cost). You can bring your own bed linen and towels or you can hire them from the caretaker at a cost of 12 euros per person. If you choose to hire the cost will also be deducted from the deposit and the balance returned to you on departure day. Swimming towels are not supplied.  

Property hire payment can be made in either GBP or Euros. Services/security deposit must be paid as cash in Euros.

When contacting us to rent L’Ecurie, Chateau de La Trousse, Ocquerre, 77440 France, no contract will exist until we have issued a Provisional Booking notice and the hirer has returned the required information and the deposit is paid as cleared funds.
